At Miyoki, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and straightforward.

14-Day Return Policy:

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure the item is in the same pristine condition you received it – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include a photograph of the issue in your communication. Defective or incorrect items must be received by us within 14 days of the original shipment date.

Return Conditions:

We gladly accept returns on items that are received in their original condition, including all accessories, original box packaging, and any other components that came with the item. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Pricing and Promotions:

Please understand that we are unable to honour sale or promotional pricing or apply promo codes once an order has been completed or after a sale or promotion has ended. We also do not allow the stacking of discounts.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at info@miyoki.co.nz. Please do not return any items without prior authorisation.

Exchanges:

For the fastest exchange, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new, separate order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item quickly and efficiently.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some processing time for your bank or credit card company to credit the refund to your account. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
